Replacement Policy

For all products replacement is only offered on products purchased online and not on purchases made at the store.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged.
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories.
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on D2cart.
  • Any product with manufacture defect or transition damage will eligible for replacement only.
  • While accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given replacement of product(s).

Product will be replaced within 10 days from the day of purchase, i.e. If defect is diagnosed within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Dsquare shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.

It is clarified that a customer may only be able to seek a one-time replacement under this Policy.

Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’
